| A: Yes. Different states/countries have different requirements. We will help you to get the correct information for your area. Birkin Factory built chassis and components are only assembled using new parts. You will have to check the regulations of your local licensing authority with regard to the use of reconditioned components. |

| Q6: If I am over 6ft tall, will I fit in the car? |
| A: Yes. The Birkin S3 has adjustable seats and is fitted with an adjustable pedal box. Alternative style seats provide customers with preferred levels of comfort. |

| Q7: Are parts and accessories easily available? |
| A: Yes. Spares can be ordered from Birkin Direct, or can be supplied by your local Birkin dealer. |

| Q9: What about warranty? |
A: All Birkin manufactured products carry a warranty, except if the vehicle is used for any purpose other than road use.

| Q10: What is the delivery time once the order has been placed? |
| A: While productions schedules can vary, the delivery on fully built cars is approximately 14-16 weeks. Component Forms approximately 6-10 weeks. |

| A: Appointments to test drive the Birkin S3 are made by arrangement. |

| Q12: How do I order? |

| When you are happy with your priced quotation and want to place your order with us, please sign and date your order form and return it to us. We require a 50% deposit of the total order value to secure production. |
